Consumer Disputes & Complaints Procedure

Contact us at complaint@dumontlisbon.com to report any problem, to request compensation and at +351 912 912 868 if an emergency. 

DuMont Lisbon shall not be liable for any inconvenience beyond its control or for events which may arise as a consequence of an accident or force majeure.

 

If such an event jeopardizes a stay, DuMont we will take any necessary steps to relocate the guest(s) to a room with similar characteristics or provide a refund proportional to the remaining days left.  

Complaints made after checking out will not be taken into account, and therefore, the client shall not be entitled to claim compensation.
